21st Century STEM-STEAM Solutions
for Your Industry

Science

Science gives learners an in-depth understanding of the world around them. Science develops critical thinking skills and a research aptitude that can be used in all facets of life. Classes in the science category of STEM include biology, ecology, chemistry, and physics.

Technology

Technology prepares our 21st Century STEM students to work in environments full of exciting, high-tech innovation. Classrooms have changed dramatically over the years. Today, tech instruction may include digital modeling and prototyping, mobile technology, cyber security, computer programming, data analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning, and game development.

Engineering

Engineering allows students to enhance problem-solving skills and apply the knowledge they acquire to new projects. Engineering is the branch of science and technology concerned with design, building and use of engines, machines and structures which is the catalyst to engagement in future STEM careers.

Art

The ‘Art’ in STEAM represents visual arts, social studies, history, physical arts, fine arts and music. Art is about using creativity and imagination to increase the development of STEM’s essential skills, as well as enhance flexibility, adaptability, productivity, responsibility and innovation - all required skills for a successful career in any field of study.

Math

Similar to science, mathematics is one STEM category with classes that will sound familiar, such as algebra, geometry, and calculus. However, when it comes to STEM math, kids are learning more advanced mathematics at younger ages, with introductory algebra and geometry starting as early as the third grade for some students, even those not enrolled in a STEM program. STEM math incorporates concepts and exercises that apply science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
